Pediatric Pelvic Floor Therapist:
Job Overview
Have you ever wanted to grow into a specialty as a pediatric therapist? Are you looking for a way to make a meaningful difference for children and families while expanding your skills in a unique and growing area of care?
Pediatric pelvic health might be the perfect fit for you! At Mighty Roots Therapy, we help children and teens overcome bowel and bladder challenges through individualized, play-based care. From constipation and bedwetting to daytime accidents and toileting struggles, we work alongside families to help kids feel more comfortable and confident. In this unique specialty, we see clients for an average of 6–12 visits, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a lasting impact on families’ lives without a years-long commitment to care.
We’re looking for an occupational therapist or physical therapist who is passionate about supporting children and excited to grow in this specialty. Experience in pediatric pelvic health is preferred but not required! We provide extensive mentorship, ongoing support, and advanced training to help you thrive.
This position will start part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role while helping provide coverage during a current therapist’s maternity leave.
Our clinic is built around individualized care, free from insurance constraints. Therapists enjoy 60-minute, one-on-one sessions, minimal documentation, and a warm, kid-centered environment that supports clinical excellence and genuine connection.
We value a sustainable schedule, a supportive team culture, and a fun, family-friendly workspace where both clinicians and patients can thrive.
